Leadership is a character trait that is very much in demand by the world as well as the church, but you wouldn't know it from what we hear in the mainstream media. Leadership is vital for both men and women in the church but especially for men. There's a continuing trend that must be broken and that is of letting women take the lead role in the church body. If we look at the average church, women are running most of the ministries. Is this Biblical? No it's not. Men are mandated in Scripture to take the lead. What has happened? And how can we turn this trend around? Let me hear from you.
